What should I expect on my first visit? How long will it take?
Please expect the first visit to last about 1.5 hours. You will meet our doctor and your overall oral health will be assessed. Our goal is to educate our patients and spend as much time with them as necessary to answer all their questions. In our computerized facility, we can even show short videos about specific recommended procedures. Please block enough time out for your first visit, because we will take the time to educate you, answer your questions, and put you on the path to overall dental health.
Does the office accept insurance?
For your convenience, we offer our services in the daily processing of insurance claims. As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly submit your insurance claim to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your insurance provider. For those of you who are Delta members, we are pleased to inform you that we are Delta Premier providers.
Our highly trained staff will help you to maximize your insurance benefits and help pay for your treatment of choice. Because we care, we feel strongly that the decision for optimal dental care is made between the doctor and the patient, and we will base our treatment on what is the best for you.
What are your payment options and policies for financial arrangement?
We realize that each person's financial situation is different. Therefore, we provide several different payment options to our patients for convenience. We accept cash or checks and VISA/MasterCard for credit cards. We also provide low or no-interest plans through Care Credit in which you pay off your dental treatment in smaller monthly payments.
We will work with you to arrange individually customized financial arrangements for major treatments. These arrangements must be made before any treatment has begun. We make every effort to keep down the cost of dental care. Payment from you at the time of treatment will help us accomplish this goal.
What are your policies for rescheduling or canceling appointments?
Please consider your scheduled appointment carefully as we set aside this time for your dental care. When changing or canceling your appointments, we would appreciate at least a 48-hour notice so that we may accommodate other patients who are in need of treatment. Since this appointment time is reserved only for you, there will be a charge for missed appointments
What if I have a dental emergency?
In case of emergency, please call us as soon as the emergency arises. If you need to contact us after office hours, we will be glad to take any messages from you and we will contact you as soon as possible. We will also accommodate new patients who are having emergency issues so please do not hesitate to call us.

Do you accept referrals?
Yes, we do. Thank you for the vote of confidence. When you recommend a family member or friend to us, we believe it’s one of the highest compliments you can give. We’re always looking forward to new patients so that we can provide the same excellent level of dentistry we provide to our existing patients.
